Term and Conditions
Introduction:
Reference to "Whitgate Properties” in these terms and conditions is a reference to "Whitegate Properties Pty Ltd ABN 27 658 435 187 trading as:
1) Gundagai Cabins and Tourist Park, 1 Nangus Road, Gundagai NSW 2722.
2) Gundagai Motel, 264 Sheridan Street Gundagai, NSW 2722.
Reference to "Alloggio Hotels" in these terms and conditions is reference to "Alloggio Hotels Pty Ltd ABN 42 798 557 425.
Alloggio Hotels manages and operates the Gundagai Cabins and Tourist Park ("the Property") on behalf of Whitegate properties, Alloggio Hotels manages short term accommodation bookings at properties as agent on behalf of the owners or other persons in legal control of those properties (“the Property or Properties”)
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) together with our Privacy Policy govern the relationship between Whitegate Properties, Alloggio Hotels and any individual who uses this website or utilises our accommodation services (other than the owners of the Properties), including but not limited to an individual who makes a booking at one of our Properties and each person named or travelling on that booking (each a “Guest” or “you”).
Guests are granted a licence to occupy the Property for the booking dates. Guests are not granted a residential tenancy agreement under any residential tenancy legislation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Rates as per room or per dwelling, per night – for standard number of people per room or per dwelling.
Visiting guests are not permitted in the dwelling or room(s) or common areas between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am
Charges will apply for any damage or repair and/or replacement of all or excessive clean. “Legal Entities reserves the right to relocate any booking to a hotel or dwelling of same standard. All bookings are subject to availability. You must be at least 18 years of age to book hotels, tourist parks or dwellings on our website.
*Legal Entities does not accept liability for any errors or omissions on our website. We make every effort to ensure all information is accurate, Guests agree that all information given for the booking is true and correct. Credit card details must be the same as the booker. Any alterations and/or extensions to bookings are subject to availability.
All of our properties are fully non-smoking property this includes the hotel room, houses, apartments, Cabins, balconies and veranda's,car parks, gardens, and all common areas. Evidence of smoking will incur an extra cleaning fee of $250 per occasion. False activation of the fire alarm will incur a $1,950.00 fee, the current NSW Fire Brigade call out charge and 3rd party administration fee.
We accept normal wear and tear on the accommodation, if however, there are damages due to, but not limited to, (or excess cleaning required), cigarette burns and marks, damage and stains to soft furnishings, broken crockery and glass or damage by guests etc. we reserve the right to deduct the costs of these from the credit card account holder should this be necessary.
All bookings incur a deposit equal to one night, balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
A minimum of 7 days notice must be given to cancel a booking, Where less notice is given 1 night fee will be charged.
All cancellations will incur a minimum $25 fee, where more than 7 night's notice is given.
No refunds are given for an early departure or inclement weather.
PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE A VERY STRICT NO PARTY POLICY WHICH ALSO INCLUDES VISITING GUESTS.
Our local residents and landlords are very sensitive to disturbances of any kind there for disturbance will not be accepted - this includes conversing late into the night on the balconies, veranda's and common areas inside and outside. Guests must respect the peaceful nature of the location. Breach of these conditions may result in immediate cancellation of the booking, in the event that a security call out is required a call out fee of $50 will apply.
Transaction Fee
There is a transaction fee on all transactions, incur a fee of 1.9% of the total transaction value and is non-refundable. this transaction covers all fees incurred from once the reservation is made that relate to disbursement of the funds to the many different parties that have a role to play fulfillment of the reservation(s).The following are examples of the many elements of the transactional journey include but not limited to: Gateway processing fees, e-merchant fees, administration coordination fees, recolication administration fees etc.
Property Cancellation / Refund Policy
An individual booking can be cancelled and fully refunded up to seven days prior to the booking date. Once a booking falls within seven days of the stay date a cancellation fee will occur, we can amend your arrival and departure dates, Additional fees may apply if change of dates occur. Early Departures - The property provides no refunds if booking plans and dates have change and an early departure occurs. Shortening of Bookings may result in a different nightly rate. The guest will be required to provide the credit card used when booking and corresponding photo ID if required. Bookings may not be honoured if either of these is not available.
*Legal Entities accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express a 1.9% surcharge shall apply for all credit card transactions.
PRIVACY POLICY
We recognise that your privacy is important, and we are committed to protecting the Personal Information that we collect from you.
Whitegate Properties and its related bodies cooperate (“Whitegate Properties” “us” or “we”) manage Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (“APP”) contained therein (in Australia) and the Privacy Act 1993 (NZ) (“NZ Privacy Act”) and the New Zealand Privacy Principles ("NZPP") (in New Zealand), and the laws of the
United States, each to the extent applicable. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of Personal Information that we may collect, how that Personal Information will be used, disclosed, transferred and stored and sets out the measures that we take to comply with the Privacy Act and, where applicable, the NZ Privacy Act or United States law.

Whitegate Properties, Alloggio Hotels will only collect and hold Personal Information about you that is reasonably necessary to undertake our business activities and functions, or as otherwise permitted by law.

· processing a booking or application that you have made;

Where possible you will have the option of interacting with us anonymously or through a pseudonym, however, where you are requesting products or services from us, it may become impracticable to provide those products or services to you without verifying your identity.
