Trova Pty Ltd supports accommodation brands, booking channels and digital storefronts with booking, distribution, merchant, technology and related support services across selected Alloggio group businesses and trading names.
What Trova does
Trova helps connect guests, booking platforms, websites and accommodation inventory through a coordinated digital commerce and distribution framework.
Depending on the booking channel and the accommodation brand, Trova may support or provide:
· website and booking engine services;
· digital distribution and channel connectivity;
· payment and merchant support services;
· traveller support and booking administration services;
· digital infrastructure and platform services;
· asset protection or guest protection programme administration; and
· related operational and ancillary support services.
Trova supports the systems and booking pathways that help accommodation inventory reach guests efficiently and consistently across multiple channels.
How bookings are structured
When a guest makes a booking through a Trova-supported website, booking engine, marketplace or trading name, the total booking price may include different components depending on the property, booking source and services selected.
These components may include:
· accommodation charges;
· cleaning, linen or property-specific charges;
· booking or traveller service fees;
· merchant or payment processing charges;
· digital, platform or distribution-related charges;
· asset protection or guest protection charges; and
· taxes, levies or other statutory charges.
Not all components apply to every booking. The applicable charges for each booking are disclosed during the booking process and in the relevant booking terms and conditions.
Trova’s role
Trova provides booking, distribution, merchant, digital commerce and related support services. Trova does not own the accommodation inventory itself.
Accommodation is supplied by the relevant accommodation operator, property manager, hotel operator or other accommodation supplier identified in the applicable booking terms and conditions.
Depending on the booking channel, certain parts of the booking price may be charged, collected, processed or retained by Trova, the accommodation supplier, a third-party booking channel, or another entity involved in facilitating or supporting the booking.
Trova exists to support modern accommodation distribution with clearer booking pathways, stronger digital infrastructure and a more integrated connection between guests, brands and booking channels.
